The Shrimp Michelada
It's so beautiful to look at. It's so delicious to drink.
- 6 cooked, peeled shrimp
- 100ml Clamato® Tomato Cocktail
- 2 limes, plus extra for glass rim
- 60ml orange juice (per mug)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (per mug)
- Hot sauce (to taste)
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 serrano chile, sliced
- 1 lager beer
- Tajín® for dusting glass rims and shrimp
- Run lime across rim of mug.
- Dip mug in Tajín to coat evenly.
- Add ice.
- Add lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and - orange juice.
- Fill with Clamato and beer.
- Garnish with serrano chile wheels.
- Lightly char/grill shrimp with salt, garlic, and black pepper.
- Place 2-3 shrimp per skewer.
- Add a lime wedge on skewer as well.
- Place skewer in drink.
