Pico De Gallo

The perfect side to your fajitas or BBQ!
Makes 4 servings



- 3 tomatoes, chopped

- 200ml Clamato
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- small bunch coriander, roughly chopped
- juice 1 lime


- Stir all the ingredients together in a medium bowl with some seasoning then put it into the fridge to chill.
- You can make this recipe the day before. just remeber to take out about 20-30mins before serving to bring it back to room temperature.
