Baked Clamato Salmon

This Clamato grilled salmon is a perfect centrepiece for your Canadian Thanksgiving meal!
Makes 4 servings

- 4 Salmon Fillets
- 350ml Clamato® Original
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 1/2 bunch of Basil
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 Red onion, chopped


- In a large pan, over a medium-high heat, fry off the onions, garlic and basil, add the lime juice and Clamato.
- Bring to the boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cover. 
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, place into the Clamato broth and cook for 9-12 minsutes
- Serve with rmixed vegatables.
